Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch mixture by combining ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with the ranch dressing mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Prepare the breadcrumb coating by mixing breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken piece with the breadcrumb mixture until thoroughly covered.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Air fry the chicken bites in a single layer, lightly sprayed with cooking spray, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve the chicken bites warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
