Ingredients

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers

1/4 cup chopped olives

1/4 cup chopped marinated artichokes

2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Olive oil for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften for 10–15 minutes.

2. Mix cream cheese, garlic, and seasoning until smooth.

3. Lay plastic wrap and shape mixture into a log.

4. Chill for 1 hour to firm up.

5. Roll the log in antipasto mix to coat.

6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley.

7. Serve with crackers or veggies.
