Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- Combine the mashed bananas, milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Mix together the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry mixture gradually to the banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

For best results, use ripe bananas and avoid overmixing the batter.
