Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the dry mixture gradually to the banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
