Bang Bang Salmon Made Perfect in Just 15 Minutes a creamy, spicy, and fast salmon recipe bursting with flavor. Perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
4. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until done.
5. Whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice.
6. Brush sauce over cooked salmon.
7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or roasted veggies for a full meal.
Adjust sriracha for preferred spice level.
