- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully coated, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until combined.
- Fold in sliced strawberries and strawberry sauce gently.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading it evenly, and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and extra strawberries before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
