  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully coated, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in sliced strawberries and strawberry sauce gently.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading it evenly, and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with whipped cream and extra strawberries before serving.
