- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the beef for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by adding black pepper sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt to taste.
