  • 1 pound beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the beef for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Prepare the sauce by adding black pepper sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
