Instructions
- Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the beef evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Stir-fry vegetables: In the same pan, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine everything: Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
