An experience full of rich flavors, this Blackened Steak & Shrimp Pasta combines juicy steak, tender shrimp, and creamy pasta, perfect for any special occasion or cozy dinner.

- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak, ribeye or sirloin
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Season the shrimp and steak generously with blackening seasoning on both sides.
- Cook the steak in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Cook the shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce by sautéing minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta, sliced steak, and shrimp in the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Best served immediately with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
