Ingredients

6 slices brioche bread
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Instructions
1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and blueberries to make filling.
3. Spread filling between two bread slices.
4. Dip the sandwich in egg mixture until coated.
5. Cook on buttered skillet 2–3 min per side until golden.
