Soft, high-protein biscuits with 14g protein each freezer-friendly and perfect for meal prep mornings!
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Whisk flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Mix in yogurt, eggs, and olive oil until dough forms.
5. Shape dough into biscuits and place on tray.
6. Bake 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving or freezing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
