- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 cup light cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
- When there are 3 minutes left, add the broccoli florets.
- Drain the spaghetti and broccoli and return them to the pot.
- Add the cooked chicken, sliced, and shredded cheese to the pot.
- Toss everything together to mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
