Description

A delightful meal combining chicken thighs, fresh broccoli, and comforting spaghetti, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup light cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  6. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
  7. When there are 3 minutes left, add the broccoli florets.
  8. Drain the spaghetti and broccoli and return them to the pot.
  9. Add the cooked chicken, sliced, and shredded cheese to the pot.
  10. Toss everything together to mix well.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
