Description
These Caramel Cheesecake Brownies combine fudgy chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and gooey caramel swirls for the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan.
2. Whisk butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
4. Spread 2/3 of batter in pan.
5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla for cheesecake layer.
6. Spread cheesecake mixture over brownie batter.
7. Drizzle caramel on top and swirl.
8. Add remaining brownie batter in dollops and swirl again.
9. Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
10. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 2 months for make-ahead desserts.
