Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the shredded cheese to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Slice and serve as desired.
