Description

Delightful wraps filled with shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by shredding the cooked chicken if it isn’t done already.
  2. Mix with Aioli: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic aioli. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add Cheese: Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare Tortillas: Lay your large tortillas flat on a clean surface. Warm them slightly if they are cold.
  5. Fill the Wraps: Take a generous amount of the chicken mixture and place it in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up.
  7. Cook the Wraps: In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of olive oil or butter and place the wraps seam-side down.
  8. Serve Warm: Once they are crispy and warmed through, remove them from the skillet, let them sit for a minute, and slice in half.

Notes

Serve with a side of fresh salad or vegetable sticks for added crunch.
