Chewy, sweet, and tropical these Cherry Coconut Magic Bars are an easy dessert layered with coconut, cherries, and chocolate chips over a buttery graham crust.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup chopped cherries (maraschino or candied)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the pan.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and cherries.
5. Press lightly with a spoon to flatten.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or refrigerate for a week.
For vegan option, use coconut condensed milk and dairy-free chips.
