  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the chicken mixture by combining shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the hot skillet.
  5. Add the chicken and avocado mixture evenly over the slice of bread in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
