- 1 ripe avocado, mashed

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- Butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Prepare the chicken mixture by combining shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the hot skillet.
- Add the chicken and avocado mixture evenly over the slice of bread in the skillet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
