- 1 ripe avocado, mashed

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken in a bowl with the mashed avocado and mayonnaise until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare one slice of bread by spreading the chicken and avocado mixture evenly on top.
- Add the shredded cheese over the chicken and avocado mix.
- Top with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden-brown and cheese starts to melt.
- Flip the sandwich and grill for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Serve warm after letting the sandwich sit for a minute, then slice in half.
