  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken in a bowl with the mashed avocado and mayonnaise until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare one slice of bread by spreading the chicken and avocado mixture evenly on top.
  3. Add the shredded cheese over the chicken and avocado mix.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden-brown and cheese starts to melt.
  7. Flip the sandwich and grill for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is fully melted.
