A creamy, cheesy Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich packed with flavor, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 ripe avocados
4 slices of bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
4 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice for freshness
Instructions
1. Season and marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
2. Heat skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
3. Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Assemble sandwich with chicken, avocado, and cheese.
5. Toast on skillet until cheese melts and bread is golden.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can use leftover grilled chicken or turkey.
For extra crispiness, toast the sandwich with butter on both sides.
