- 4 slices of bread

Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Prepare the avocado by mashing it and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with grilled chicken, mashed avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
