- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by patting dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the chicken on a grill or in a pan over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Slice the chicken into strips after resting for a few minutes.
- Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl.
- Assemble the salad by adding sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve immediately with optional lemon juice on the side.
Notes
For storability, keep croutons separate to avoid sogginess. Enjoy it fresh for best quality.
