Description

A classic Chicken Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, crunchy romaine, and creamy dressing, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the chicken on a grill or in a pan over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the chicken into strips after resting for a few minutes.
  5. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Assemble the salad by adding sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Serve immediately with optional lemon juice on the side.

Notes

For storability, keep croutons separate to avoid sogginess. Enjoy it fresh for best quality.
