Description
These Chocolate Ganache Brownies are rich, gooey, and 100% vegan. Perfectly fudgy with a silky ganache topping pure dessert bliss!
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut cream
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
5. Cool completely before adding ganache.
6. Heat coconut cream and pour over vegan chocolate.
7. Whisk until smooth and spread over brownies.
8. Chill for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
For extra depth, add 1 tsp instant coffee to the batter.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
