Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease and line cake pans.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
5. Combine wet and dry mixtures.
6. Add orange zest and juice.
7. Divide batter into pans.
8. Bake 22–26 minutes.
9. Cool completely before frosting.
Notes
