Instructions

- Mix together the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, buttermilk, and egg in another bowl.

- Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Beat together creamy peanut butter and softened butter, then gradually add powdered sugar and milk for frosting.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with peanut butter frosting using a piping bag or knife.
