Moist, chocolatey, and protein-packed, this Chocolate Protein Banana Bread is a healthy snack or breakfast with no refined sugar.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup whole wheat or oat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Optional: nuts, chocolate chips, or berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
3. Whisk in eggs, honey, and oil.
4. Stir in protein powder, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.
5. Pour batter into loaf pan.
6. Bake 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Customize with nuts, berries, or spices for variations.
