Description
Soft, gooey Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars packed with warm cinnamon flavor and topped with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan.
2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
4. Combine dry ingredients separately.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
6. Spread batter into pan.
7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and swirl on top.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
9. Cool, glaze if desired, and slice.
Notes
Store in an airtight container.
Warm slightly before serving for best texture.
