- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup frosting (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking pan by greasing it lightly.
- Mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle frosting over the bars if desired.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
