Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup frosting (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking pan by greasing it lightly.
  3. Mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes.
