- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup celery (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup chives (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Start by rinsing the cooked shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
- Make the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add seasonings: Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Incorporate vegetables: Add the finely diced celery and chopped chives to the mixture and mix gently.
- Combine with shrimp: Gently fold the shrimp into the bowl to coat them with the dressing.
- Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
