Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Start by rinsing the cooked shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Make the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add seasonings: Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Incorporate vegetables: Add the finely diced celery and chopped chives to the mixture and mix gently.
