4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed cookies


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan.

2. Mix brownie ingredients until smooth.

3. Spread half the batter into the pan.

4. Add cream cheese mixture and top with remaining batter.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

6. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes
