Soft, protein-rich Cottage Cheese Flatbread made with simple ingredients perfect as a wrap, side, or base for any meal.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 ½ cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix cottage cheese and olive oil in a bowl.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to form dough.
3. Knead lightly until smooth.
4. Divide into 6 portions and roll out flat.
5. Cook each side on a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes until golden.
6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
For gluten-free flatbread, use a gluten-free flour blend.
Store in an airtight container and reheat in a skillet before serving.
