Ingredients
1 round sourdough loaf
8 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Olive oil for brushing
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice bread in a crisscross pattern without cutting through.
3. Insert brie slices into slits.
4. Spoon cranberry sauce into gaps.
5. Brush bread with butter and sprinkle thyme.
6. Wrap in foil; bake 15 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden.
8. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
