Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (divided)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
2. Stir in cranberries, half the pecans, and green onions.
3. Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
