Ingredients

12 oz fresh cranberries
3/4 cup sugar or natural sweetener
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Rinse cranberries and remove soft ones.
2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
4. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until cranberries burst.
5. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
Notes
Store in refrigerator up to 10 days or freeze for 3 months.
