Instructions
- Mix the Base: Start by gathering all your ingredients. In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Add Your Protein: If you are using a protein, such as cooked chicken or shrimp, add it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until uniformly blended.
- Spread the Mixture: Take your tortillas and put a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each one. Spread it evenly.
