Ingredients
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted green olives
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Crumble feta and drain olives.
2. Combine feta, olives, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
5. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with parsley.

Notes
