Instructions

1. Boil pasta until al dente, reserve one cup of pasta water.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and onion.

3. Add tomato puree, basil, and chili flakes; simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Stir in milk and Parmesan until creamy.
