Crispy Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Calzones

Description

Delicious calzones filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and gooey cheese, all wrapped in crispy pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, Italian herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until mixed.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on one half of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush olive oil over the top and sprinkle with seasoning.
  7. Cook in air fryer for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Great for using leftover chicken. Customize filling with vegetables or different cheeses as desired.
