1 egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying or air frying
Instructions
1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, egg, and cornstarch in a bowl.
2. Shape into small puffs and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry until golden.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
For a lighter version, air fry or bake instead of frying.
