Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (or thighs)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pound chicken to even thickness.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Parmesan-breadcrumb mix.
4. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and 165°F inside.
5. Remove chicken and let rest.
6. In same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then stir in cream until thickened.
7. Pour sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
You can substitute chicken tenders for a kid-friendly option.
For keto, replace breadcrumbs with almond flour.
Reheat leftovers in oven at 350°F to maintain crispiness.
