Description
A rich, moist Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake layered with silky chocolate ganache and crunchy pistachios an elegant Middle Eastern-inspired dessert everyone will love.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + cream)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare cake pans.
2. Sift flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
3. Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
5. Fold in chopped pistachios.
6. Pour into pans and bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Cool completely before adding chocolate ganache.
8. Decorate with extra pistachios.
Notes
For extra moisture, add 2 tbsp yogurt to the batter.
Use fresh, vibrant green pistachios for best flavor and color.
You can substitute milk chocolate for a sweeter cake.
