- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on a warm tortilla and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
