These Easy Holiday Appetizer Everyone Loves – Sweet Potato Rounds with Brie, Cranberry & Pecans are the perfect festive bites sweet, savory, creamy, and crunchy in one delicious snack!
Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into ½-inch rounds
1 wheel brie cheese, cut into cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry)
¼ cup toasted pecans, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Brush sweet potato rounds with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Top each round with a piece of brie and bake for another 3–5 minutes.
5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
6. Garnish with rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
You can make the sweet potato rounds in advance and reheat before topping with brie.
For nut-free options, substitute with toasted seeds.
