A quick and refreshing Iced Matcha Latte that’s healthy, energizing, and ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
2 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water (175°F/80°C)
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Sift 2 tsp matcha powder into a bowl.
2. Add 2 tbsp hot water and whisk until smooth.
3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
4. Fill a tall glass with ice.
5. Pour in 1 cup chilled milk of choice.
6. Top with whisked matcha and stir before drinking.
Notes
Use a bamboo whisk or frother for best results.
Substitute oat, almond, or soy milk for a vegan option.
Double the recipe and store matcha mix in fridge for 2 days.
