- 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Seafood mix (a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat one side of each baguette slice with the garlic butter mixture.
- Divide the seafood mix evenly among the buttered bread slices, ensuring coverage.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each slice.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and let cool slightly before serving.
