Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Melt butter: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
  3. Sauté garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp: Place the shrimp evenly in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink.
  5. Season the shrimp: Flip shrimp, add lemon juice, zest, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and stir to coat.
  6. Finish cooking: Cook for another 2-3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
