Garlic Butter Steak Bites – juicy, tender steak pieces tossed in rich garlic butter. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat steak cubes dry and season.
2. Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat; add olive oil.
3. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side.
4. Add butter and garlic; toss to coat.
5. Cook until internal temp reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
6. Rest steak for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use ribeye or sirloin for best flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the pan.
Add chili flakes for a spicy variation.
