Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.
2. Slice mushrooms evenly.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add cauliflower and mushrooms, season, and cook for 10–12 minutes.
6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add chili flakes for spice or Greek yogurt for creaminess. Great as a main or side dish.
