Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and milk in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use fresh garlic and rosemary.
