Description

Delicious and aromatic mini muffins made with garlic and rosemary, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and milk in another bowl.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, use fresh garlic and rosemary.
