Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your muffin tin.
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and milk in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
  5. Fill the muffin tin three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
