Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to ½ inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian herbs.
Combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, pressing firmly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly (3-5 minutes).
