This Greek Style Loaded Hummus is a creamy, colorful Mediterranean dip topped with fresh veggies, olives, and feta perfect for sharing or light meals!
Ingredients
2 cups hummus
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Spread hummus on a serving plate.
2. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion, and feta.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle parsley on top.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
